"Incompetent and dishonest -- I started insurance with them in Dec 2023 which I changed in June 2024 when I moved back to MN. We spent the last 6 months trying to correct an accidental policy cancellation they put through and then reinstated at the wrong rate. It's been endless emails phone calls, credits, rebills and cancellations notices sent to my mortgage companies. I wish I hadn't given them so long to try and fix the problems since I'm now facing much higher rates than competitors quotes when I almost switched last month. They blame the corp company but the communication and billing issues come from this office."
